With more than twelve years of experience in the long-term disability insurance industry, Brett is an experienced attorney and consultant to many of the top twenty disability insurance carriers. His intricate knowledge of the Social Security Disability process has made him a well-respected industry consultant.

Brett graduated from Trinity College in 1994, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Brett earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1997 and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

CMS Awards Contract for National MSP Recovery Contractor
Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. - Administration Services, LLC has been awarded a contract for a national Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor. The contract will be implemented on October 2, 2006.

Official CMS Memo Released July 24, 2006
CMS indicates that it will not independently price for future prescription drug treatment in WCMSA proposals beginning January 1, 2007 as stated in the previously released 12/30/05 CMS memorandum.
