LAST CHANCE TO COMPLETE MSA TRAINING PROGRAM BEFORE CHCC GRANDFATHERING OF CURRENT CRITERIA ENDS DECEMBER 31

The Commission of Health Care Certification has announced it plans to end it's grandfathering program for MSCC certification December 31, 2005. The CHCC will establish new criteria for the educational and experiential requirements necessary to sit for the Medicare Set-Aside Consultant-Certified (MSCC) exam for 2006. NAMSAP's on-line training program has been pre-approved by the CHCC and meets the current CHCC educational requirements. Participants can work at their own pace to ensure that the program is completed in time to sit for the MSCC certification exam prior to the close of 2005.

Participants who plan to sit for the MSCC exam, must coordinate this through the Commission of Health Care Certification (CHCC). The CHCC may be contacted at 804-378-7273 or by e-mail at chcc1@aol.com. General information regarding the examination is available on the CHCC website at www.chcc1.com.
