Part D and Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-aside Arrangements (WCMSAs) Questions and Answers
On 12-30-05, CMS released the attached official policy memorandum regarding Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits and WC Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) Arrangements. A copy of the policy memo can also be found on the CMS website at the following link:

CMS has requested that any questions regarding this memo be directed to the MSP Central e-mail address at mspcentral@cms.hhs.gov. CMS sates it will respond to e-mails as soon as possible. Currently, CMS is processing MSP Central questions that were received within the last two weeks. With the issuance of this policy memorandum, there may be a short delay in response time.
