Christine Melancon,

Christine Melancon is the Vice President of Operations for Ez-MSA. Christine provides daily on hands management for areas of Medicare Secondary Compliance including Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) Allocations, CMS Submissions, and Conditional Payment Resolution. Christine has been involved with complex medical case management of claims for workers’ compensation, liability, and maritime cases since 1997. Prior to her involvement with claims, she served as a Registered Nurse in a number clinical areas.  She earned her RN from Charity Hospital School of Nursing in New Orleans, LA. She has served on NAMSAP’s Annual Meeting Subcommittee since 2011, was a Co-Chair of the NAMSAP Education Committee in 2013, and has served as Secretary of NAMSAP’s Board of Directors since 2015


Kimberly Wiswell,

Kimberly Wiswell has been engaged in the Medicare Secondary Payer compliance arena since 2005, having been in the workers’ compensation managed care and occupational health services industries since the late 1970’s. Kim currently serves as MEDVAL’s Director of Operations, and prior to that, as Senior Vice President, Operations over the MSA division of Coventry. Kim has extensive knowledge and experience in many diverse areas including Medicare Set-Asides, systems analysis and development, and medical coding and reimbursement. She has provided consulting services to the CMS evaluating the WCRC review program. Kim is a member of the Board of Directors and was recently President of NAMSAP in 2015.
