Thank you for agreeing to participate as a speaker at the 12th Annual Meeting & Educational Conference of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP).
The Annual Meeting Subcommittee must collect certain information for marketing purposes. Please complete the following form to the best of your ability. If you are participating on a panel or as a group, NAMSAP staff will e-mail each of you so that you can coordinate your presentation. If you are a sole presenter, please provide your completed PowerPoint presentation no later than 60 days prior to the event.
NAMSAP is securing a wide range of continuing education credits and must submit this information to the different accrediting organizations. If you have specific questions or concerns please contact Executive Director Brian Bailey or Meeting Planner Kerri Leonard.
